Reflection Game (2022)
OCAD U collaborating with UofT for a semester long project, challenging students to develop a completed 3D game within 12 weeks.
“When Millie returns to her childhood home after the passing of her mother, she stumbles into her parents master bedroom. After discovering the door has been locked behind her, she is forced to relive the memories and childhood trauma that happened within her family.
Only through the process of self-reflection can Millie truly escape the bounds her family placed on her, come to terms with her grief, and leave her past behind.”

Spoilers Ahead!
The last task for the game was to illustrate and animate the ending cutscene of the game, which you can watch here.
This scene was meant to wrap up the games narrative and gameplay , while also saying goodbye to our semester-long project. Although It was a fast-paced and intensive project to work on, I enjoyed every bit of the process!
